TAA-HC Mission Statement:
- To promote the best interests and welfare of the Taiwanese community in the Greater Houston area;
- To enrich an appreciation of the culture and ethnic heritages of both American and Taiwanese by fellowship, harmony and support between and among the citizenry of the community; and
- To advocate responsible citizenship, protection, maintenance and retention of the American democratic way of life among Taiwanese American and be committed to the defense of human and civil rights secured by law; and to the elimination of prejudice and discrimination.
全美台灣同鄉會－休士頓分會 (又稱休士頓台灣同鄉會)
休士頓台灣同鄉會是一個以「連絡鄉親，促進鄉誼，加強對台灣社會民主化之認同與參與。協力互濟，幫助適應新環境，維護台灣人之人權及利益。宣揚及延續台灣文化以及倡導台灣人自主意識」為宗旨的台美人社團。在過去的一、兩年中，我們除了每年舉辦大型的「Taiwan Yes台灣夜市園遊會」及「天下嘉農KANO」電影放映之外，二二八的和平紀年音樂會，以及定期的台灣傳統節慶活動，更是免不了的。平時每月第二及第四個星期六上午，亦提供免費專業法律諮詢（含美國法律及台灣法律），協助同鄉們在外孤立無援的困境。
